Flowsly - A2P Survey

Basic A2P Requirements:

Your website needs to have a Privacy Policy and a Terms and Conditions page. If you don't currently have any, we strongly recommend using Termageddon's services to quickly build and deploy automatically updated and compliant policies on your site.

Any forms that are used to capture contact information (phone) must include a checkbox that's required for submitting the form, in with text that clearly expresses their consent to be contacted by the business through the contact methods provided. We recommend something along the following lines:

I agree to terms & conditions and the privacy policy provided by the company and I understand that, by providing my phone number, I also explicitly agree to receive calls and/or text messages from the business.

Please provide a mobile number that you have access to so you can confirm OTP verification. Only US/Canadian numbers will be accepted. You may not use a CPaaS phone number such as one obtained from Flowsly. You cannot use the same mobile number to register more than 3 Sole Proprietor brands. This limit is managed by TCR.
